How it works.

  1.  Complete your purchase of $100 via PayPal below.
  2.  E-mail henrynwoko@sbcglobal.net to schedule your individual workout session.
  3.  Be sure to include: height, weight, physical limitations (if any), medical concerns (if any), & last but not least, please write down your fitness goal(s).
  4.  Sessions are 1 hour in length.
  5.  Sessions are non-refundable.
  6. For the time being we will be training outside at a park (wear weather appropriate attire). Location will be disclosed after payment is received.
