
If you're independent and able to stay accountable with getting your workouts in but you need a solid workout program, I'll create a customized program that takes you from your current physique towards your goals.
After purchasing the program, you will fill out a detailed application that I will use to create a program that works specifically with your time constraints and goals.
Each program will contain up to a 6-day routine that provides the recommended sets and reps for each exercise.
