How it works.

2.  E-mail to schedule a 15-30 minute phone consultation in which current body composition, goals & concerns will be discussed.

3.  Henry will then create a program that works specifically with your time constraints. Don't worry, potential lack of access to a gym facility will also be accommodated. The goal is to give you the best results possible.

4.  Each program will contain up to a 6-day routine that provides the recommended sets, reps & rest period for each exercise.
